Elite Mobile - Unauthorized Debit order deduction

Elite mobile , which is linked to Vodacom contracts. called me to reduce my monthly payments on my contracts with Vodacom. Number 1. I am not sure if they are actually contracted to vodacom to do upgrades or contracts. Number 2. they are deducting an unauthorized amount of R149 from my account ever since the phone call. I would like this matter solved as i have read alot of complaints about this. Please contact me as urgent as possible to stop this debit order, or i will inform my bank to block this as a ****.
