Elite Mobile unathorised services

After adding RESCUEBOX , SOSSQUAD and SAFETY services to my account without my permission and proceding to take debit orders for months, I tried to cancel these services. Problem is when I call to cancel these services I get told to phone another day because their systems are down. Absolutely pathetic service and borderline theft. I wouldn't recommend signing up through this company. In my mind it *****s Vodacom to be associated with this company and to offer Vodacom upgrades through Elite Mobile.
