Elite mobile through Vodacom

Elite mobile is a direct dealer of Vodacom packages. I have been struggling since April 2021, to get a refund of a contract I did not agree too. They even a recording, stating that I did not agree to the contract. Month after month I've been calling and asking them for a refund of all my money and the cancellation of the deduction. Vodacom seriously need to look at the company have they go into business with. Elite mobile is damaging your name.
