I would to find out if you contact all clients and make then apply for contract phone, qualify them , then tell them "Your Phone will be delivered in 5-10 days " a month later NO PHONE and Debit Order goes off. EXPLAIN TO ME HOW DOES A PERSON GET CHARGED FOR A PRODUCT THEY DO NOT PHYSICALLY HAVE!!!!!!
