elite mobile suck big time

My sim say sim not provisioned, I have called the call centre and waisted a lot of airtime but no consultant available I'm sick and tired of this Elite Mobile every month I have a problem with them, please sort out my sim asap...don't know how you will get hold of me once this is sorted cause I have to use another sim so people can get hold of me......I have never ever dealt with such a unpleasant company in my live<br>
