Elite Mobile *****s your money

<p>I was called a few months ago to sign up for a tablet for R79 per month. According to them I agreed to add onservices of R140 costing more than the tablet. When I saw the amounts going off I immediately queried it. I was refunded for two months and told that I had received sms's and emails confirming I wanted thses services. I requested to hear the call but had no luck. I was told I should of cancelled it when the contact started and that this was procedure. If I had agreed to it via the telephone perhaps I would of cancelled it dont you think. I really feel this is extremely bad service and will never do business with them again. I am also thinking of leaving vodacom and finding another service provider as they are associated with Elite Mobile. I am trually disgusted.</p>
