Elite Mobile stay away!!

If you receive a call from Elite Mobile (https://www.elitemobile.co.za) - save yourself a lot of stress and put the phone down. First, they will want to upsell you a lot of apps you don't need - especially if you don't listen carefully. It will come off your bank account if you don't make sure you cancel all these services straight away with proof.

Then, with my upgrade: They delivered the wrong phone, I then cancelled my upgrade which them - they said it would take 48 hours before I can do another upgrade request elsewhere. After 48 hours I went to a Vodacom store to get a proper upgrade done BUT Elite Mobile has still not cancelled the upgrade request ... went back to Vodacom store .. still not cancelled from Elite Mobile side ... that was after 72 hours!!

If Elite Mobile doesnt cancel the upgrade order - then the Vodacom stores cant help me. Since I cancelled the upgrade with Elite Mobile , I phoned Elite Mobile twice in this period to to check if the cancellation was on track - but to no avail. Elite Mobile left a bad taste in my mouth. Install an app on your mobile to block all these call centres - they are doing it to themselves.
