Elite Mobile ******** people

I was called on the 8th of November 2021 by Elite Mobile and offered a cell phone subject to credit. I agreed to their terms and conditions because of the cell phone deal hoping that I would get approved and I was advised on the phone that I am approved but was later sent a message stating that I do not qualify. I was disappointed but life carries on. Last night R159 was deducted from my account by elite mobile but wait a minute according to elite mobile I was not approved. I immediately went to my mobile app to reverse debit order but I can't I call my bank and they tell me you cannot reverse a Debi check debit order. I feel so skeemed. I immediately phoned elite mobile and got through Salome and tell her my concerns and tell her please cancel everything on my name as I did not qualify for a cell phone and advise her I need my money refunded immediately as that was my last money and I'm unemployed and planned to use that money today for much more important things. She advised me that money was for some policies which I agreed to and cannot be refunded and I was advised her that since those policies were part of a conversation where a cell phone was not received then those policies don't apply to me coz I got nothing out of the deal besides them deducting money from my account for a cell that I never received. I ask to speak to any one in management and was advised by Salome that it is not possible to speak to any one in management. Now this start sounding like a very unprofessional company where management can not be excessed. How many people is this happening to? How can you just deduct money from people's account and get away with it. I wake up thinking I'm going to buy some stuff for my house only to find out it's been deduct for something I never received and the process behind the refund of my own money is gona take forever. This is so frustrating and when you do try to recall you get through to the same person(Salome) who is adament not to put you through to anyone else which is even more frustrating. All I want is my money back immediately and nothing to do with elite mobile ever again. Another thing is how do companies like this have access to Debi checks that can't be right...
