On 2 January 2021, I upgraded with Elite Mobile. at that time I were promised a R1000 gift voucher from Takealot. Since February 2021 I contacted them several times with no success. Every time there is a reason why I have not yet received my voucher. If I know in January this was going to be such a **** I would NEVER have upgraded. Now I sit with a 24 month contract that was given with a false promise. I cant belief Vodacom deals with bad promise company's like ELITE MOBILE. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
