Elite Mobile ****

On 15 November a service agent from Elite Mobile called me and presented me an migration offer on all 3 my vodacom cellphone contracts. As I am not using any sms, she offered me more airtime for between R10 to R15 on my contracts. But upon receiving the quotations I noticed that the qoures were significantly more, between R150 to R250 more on per contract. Offering deals with false information is ***** and tricking someone in taking a migration offer with no benefit to the customer is not ethical business practice.
