ELITE MOBILE - **********

Never in my life have I dealt with such *********** people in my life. I ordered a laptop through them and when it was delivered it wasn't working. I returned it striaght away. I was then asked if I wanted a replacement laptop which I said no to and 4 days later a new laptop was delivered to me. I asked them to collect it straight away and 3 months later I'm still waiting for them to collect. They are deducting money from my account every month and when I phone Vodacom they say they can't stop the payment until Elite Mobile collects the device. I was advised by Elite Mobile that the contract had been cancelled and that I wasn't paying anything as they had arranged for collection via RAM couriers. Be advised people, this company is ******** people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I'm literally about to call a lawyer to assist with this now.
