They phone you to upgrade your number then after you upgrade all the promises and agreements are finalized they charge you a dubble installment every month they that come with the excuse your upgrade is been done 4 to 5 month before the 24months is over, in the agreement they tel you the next month you will pay the upgrade installment with your monthly installment but it is not true they talk **** and bull**** you as the client.
