Elite Mobile ****!!!

This company is clearly out to get you one way or another! After the massive fail of instructions and procedures with Top Up 49...from one company to the next...Edcon...RMCS...now Elite Mobile and 5 days later of a completely useless phone I was told that they can only follow protocol and I have to just wait for the activation as the cancelling process is going to cost me and take a lot more and will take longer...sending recordings...getting authorisation. So not only is this costing me loss of business they are forcing me to stay on this contract as it is \easier"than cancelling???? Asked for head office details only to be told there is no head office its only call centre"
