Elite mobile SA aka Commit Technologies - ********s and Royal *******!!!

Do not do any business or accept any sales calls from the above mentioned company, they are a bunch of con artists and ******* , selling you lies and empty promises. They are a 'sister' company of Vodacom with 'no physical adress' whatsoever.. Thus is the type of bull that Im being told by their representatives over the phone who is escalating my complaint to the backoffice staff and management now for 6 weeks, and close to 20 calls later, still no feedback except for bull**** promises and a load of lies.....Name and shame is the Game... Zwanele Ndwande is the original culprit that offered me a deal over the phone, paperwork arrived and escalted to R480 a month more than what was discussed... All correspondence is done after 6pm at night so that you can't phone them and complain... Clever! Mandla Njoko, is the second biggest **** in the company, he is still busy 'reversing and rectifying the matter' as we speak.. Zakele from their backoffice is the main ******** of the lot, phoning me and claiming a R2750 ex vat reversal fee for their idiot staff members negligence....twice! The fee of R3162.50 is now part of this months bill for a 'handset migration' which was not the case... The call centre staff namely Yolisa/Nalisa, Ndeleseni, Sibusiso, Mandla Njoko including the Zwakele Ndwande(who conveniently resigned) are all part of the ********s group working for the 'Elite Mobile SA' group of *******. In short, stay away. Make evryone you know aware of this ********** company and its band of misfits!
