Elite mobile refusing to comply

Hello Peter<br> <br> A month ago I reported Elite mobile for putting me in arrears and explained at length. I then got a call from Elite mobile after two days of complain. we spoke at length with Elite Mobile and they realised a mistake on their side. they then promised to do an investigation and get back to me within a week. till today they haven't come back to me and its a month later. in stead they continue to give me their R59 airtime that I cancelled long ago. they haven't rectify my credit history and its still affecting e in finding a job.<br> <br> please help<br> Nhongo Solo'<br> ***
