Elite mobile. PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT THAT YOU SAID IS CANCELLED!

I am having major problems with this company. They're by far the worst. I was contacted in September on taking out a contract with them that comes with a wifi data bundle. Long story short. I emailed them. They confirmed in an email that the order is canceled. And a Month later. They're deducting the WiFi bundle. I tried calling them. And after a number of calls. I couldn't reach them anymore. I would really like someone to do something aBout it. I cannot be paying for a product I havent even been Using. Even my bank account records show they've deactivated the contract and then activated it afterwards again.
