Elite mobile on behalf of Vodacom

I received a call from elite mobile and I was being offered a tablet. Was advised that it would be delivered within 7-10 working days it would only cost me R119 for 500MB, the agent told me that should I not be satisfied with the device after delivery there was a return policy of 10 days granted it were still in it's original packaging.

This deal sounded good and I accepted on because they were representing a very reputable company VODACOM. The service received there after was sh*t and I want to make VODACOM aware that these people are tarnishing your name. I have not received the devices 3 weeks later and have been **********ly debited without my consent an amount over R280. Was told that would only debited once I had received the device and activated the sim card, none of that has happened.

So I called elite and they told me that I had not received my device because the contract had been declined, why was I being debited then? Apparently it was for something called the "Hot Spotter" this allowed me to log onto free wifi... I know it makes no sense right...

Anyone who receives a call from elite mobile DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANKING DETAILS AS THEY DE***** YOU. Had I not picked this up, I would have never received that devices and been debited every month for not reason. VODACOM cancel what ever agreement you have with these people because they de*****ed me in your name!!!
