Elite Mobile - Nothing but ****mers. Beware.

Elite Mobile does not even deserve a one star rating. I have been ****med by these bunch of ******. They called me in September, offering to add more data to one of my Vodacom data packages for a less money every month. I informed them that I wanted to cancel my contract in November, I mentioned this repeatedly. They informed me that it was fine because the deal they were offering was on a month to month basis. Then they mentioned a once off debit fee of R 198.00. This made me change my mind, as I realized that they were just in it to make money. I informed them that I do not wish to proceed. I also called Vodacom immediately to cancel, and the lady confirmed that she cancelled both packages. However, my account was still debited for R 198.00 and I received a message saying my contract has now been upgraded and extended to 2026. I was so angry when I received these messages, as I realized that the consultant **** to me repeatedly about the change being month to month only. Please, anyone reading this review, if Elite Mobile calls you, hang up immediately. Block the number, don't even listen to what they have to offer. You will be conned and fooled like I was. This has also damaged my relationship with Vodacom, I no longer trust Vodacom since they are affiliated with such the dishonest ****** from Elite Mobile.
