ELITE MOBILE - NOT TRUE TO THEIR WORD ON SO CALLED RECORDED PHONE CALLS

Elite Mobile reference no *** d/d 09 July 2024. Don't ever believe anything these telemarketers tell you. On the 28th May 2024, I got a call from VODACOM, who turns out to be ELITE MOBILE, this they don't tell you. After several times telling them I don't want to extend any contracts, they assured me contract will not be extended, and, I will 'not' pay more monthly, but they have a promotion that would help me going forward. PS: I apparently won't pay more than +-R38 p month, but am scoring on much more data and airtime for the duration of my Contract. I asked on the so called RECORDED PHONE CALL, to send me all the info on email. The email was apparantly sent while still on the phone to me....I never got no such email. Well, let me tell you this. My Vodacom account is now R700 PER MONTH MORE. To have this reversed, I must pay a penalty of about R2000+-. To get hold of ELITE MOBILE, they are either on lunch, or not available. They are ****mers. Very clever telemarketers. when you contact VODACOM, all they say is call us next time and don't deal with ELITE MOBILE as they are not VODACOM. I now have to pay R700 per month MORE, for the remainder of my contracts, which is approx another 2 years, ending up in a total of +- R16k. Wow, what a saving. I want to hear my recording of the 28th May where I agreed to this ludicrous increase, but, hey, apparently this could be a timeous exercise. Then, why tell me that all calls are recorded, when you cannot listen to your recording. I will NEVER deal with them again, in fact, I am taking my R5000pm contract away from VODACOM, and joining MTN. They don't have ****sters and don't tell lies. I will not rest until I have my contract adjusted back to what it was before and thereafter, I will cancel my contracts with Vodacom. DO NOT DEAL WITH ELITE MOBILE, YOU WILL REGRET IT .
