Elite Mobile not responding

On the 12 July 2020 a rep call and convinced me to renew my cell contract which i did and was to get a takealot voucher.... till today the 6 May 2021 I have not recieved the vouchers, I get told that Vodacom are the problem..... vodacom say that Elite mobile is the problem and are not been truthfull. I recieved repeatedly requested Sekai Gere to call me but no responce, i have sent email, facebook messages,.... please be warned if you renew you contracts.
