Elite mobile not legitimate....

Elite mobile company apologise here last time and promised to come back to me but they never contacted me. I'm very worried now that since it's new month they are going to take my money again. I was supposed to get a New cell phone from them since last year they promised me that now I'm sitting without the phone but they take my money. I need help please.
