Elite mobile not fulfilling their promises.

I'm still experiencing problem with Elite mobile company. Last week they called me and I was happy thinking that finally the problem is resolved,now the lady that called me said that they can only pay if again money would be taken from my account because apparently my contract with them was unsuccessful and was surprised to hear that because they have been taking money from my account. I'm very hurt and disappointing that after they took so much money now they come with a story of the contract not being successful but I have massages from them congratulating me about the contract being successful. I'm atleat deserving to get back my money back since they failed to deliver the phone
