Elite Mobile - no client service and misselling

Elite Mobile will harass you to get your cellphone contract upgraded, but there is no after sales assistance. Phoned Vodacom and was transferred to Elite Mobile as Vodacom can't help. I logged a query ito incorrect contract (it did not include my 1GB data) and the monthly premium, which did not include all, were all of a sudden R160 more than what was sold to me. They do not phone you back and do not respond to emails. I spend almost an hour on the 26th on the phone holding to speak to an agent, just to be told they cannot help me. I must send an email and the person who deals with the query will phone back. I am still waiting, after sending various emails and also requesting the call recording, I have not received one phone call nor some kind of feedback ito the progress made. Their service is pathetic. I tried phoning again today, after holding for almost 10 min I ended the call. I also logged a query on their website, still waiting for someone to phone me back, after days, still no update.
