Elite mobile? More like Subplebeian mobile

Caused a huge delay on my vodacom order because of a watch that isn't available, no option to change to another colour or another item, cannot cancel and place new order as i have to wait for 7 days auto cancellation. May lose the other items on order due to no option of keeping them on hold. They want to upgrade and upsell me on the other contracts of mine but can't fix my issue first.
