Elite Mobile ****mers at work again.

This company is a buch of sharks and will never receive business from me and my family ever again. They ******* me into upgrading my perfectly working data sim that I use in my car radio for a WiFi hotspot etc (which I made very very clear to the agent) The contract kicked in in the new month and ever since my sim was dead. It could not find signal in my radio or in an MIFI router. So I phoned Vodacom and after very proffesional help, we discovered that the sim was converted to only work on a home router…which was totally what I did not want at all. So I contacted Elite Mobile and there were nothing like, sorry sir, we will refund you or re-imburse you for the discomfort. I was told that I had to wait till next month for the reversal to kick in. In the meantime I had to buy data to get along while sitting with a sim with 270Gb of data that could not be used. Pathetic service and heartless. All they care about is the next **** they can get away with. Stay away from them ppl. We deserve better service for our hard earned money. Companies like this shouldn’t exist. Now I feel better 🥳
