Elite Mobile - lies and bad attitute

I have taken a contract with Elite Mobile and at the time of taking this contract was advised by the agent that I can have the data transferred to my existing phone simply by going to my nearest Vodacom store. Turns out Vodacom says that it CANNOT be done. I called Elite Mobile and spoke to a very defensive agent (Veronica) saying that I dont expect her to go back several months to retrieve the recordings and that I took this out in Aug 2017 why am I disputing now. I am not sure if I am missing something but isnt this my personal choice - when I want to have the data transferred I can? Well this is what Elite Mobile had promised when I signed up for the contract...so what does it matter when??? Regardless of their excuses, Vodacom indicated that there was no way they could transfer data. I am now requesting the recordings of my initial order so that I can take this up legally. Lets see if the turn around is quick as they like to sell you some hogwash story!!!!!
