Elite Mobile is useless

I am currently waiting for a delivery from Vodacom, made through Elite Mobile with Ram Couriers the company that will deliver the package.

Ram has been in possession of the package for more than a week and they are unable to deliver the package because Elite Mobile can't get a simple delivery address correct.

I have spoken to someone at Elite Mobile 3 (THREE) times to update the delivery address to the correct address and they have gotten it wrong 3 times. I do not know whether it is stupidity, incompetence or a lack of responsibility but this is hopefully the very last time that I will deal with Elite Mobile. You truly are the epitome of USELESS!
