Elite Mobile is the worst!!

I bought a laptop and get no response although we email and call. The screen goes black and the volume buttons don't work. I was supposed to get a response after 10 working days and its been a month already. Your service is terrible. I wonder why Vodacom still does business with this company. I was not told that Office 365 was only a trial version although the agent told me everything is installed. I wonder if i will get a response from you now?
