Elite Mobile is ****ming customers

Elite Mobile has been ****ming customers - I'm so sad I lost money and only found out now but at least I got them after 4 months and managed to get a 2-month refund from Vodacom. They phone customers and claim to be Vodacom - they do a migration and claim you'll be paying less. When you log a complaint with Vodacom it takes ages (or never) for them to get back to you because they claim that 'it's someone else's problem. Lesson = NEVER answer the phone from a number you don't know + trust Vodacom. It's not their fault but they should control who sells they're contracts and who can do migrations etc.
