Elite mobile is bad news

Just as I thought, there are allot of bad reviews for this company and as some one previously mentioned in another review I also think that Vodacom shoud consider not working with elite mobile. I have the same complaints as others, being bombarded with calls and offers, my husband eventually decided to take one, never recieving what was offered and never getting a reason why not, then they started bombarding me with offers were I also explain I do not want my time wasted and if I need to send or take in any documents I do not want the offer, I was promised that everything gets done over the phone. Stupid me, took the offer and was told tablet will be delivered in 5 days. Three weeks later no tablet. Phoned Elite mobile and was told offer was declined by Vodacom, phoned Vodacom, Vodacom says offer is still pending they never declined it, phoned Elite mobile they say its Vodacom and so I have been calling up and down for a whole day eventually Elite mobile says Vodacom reqeusted outstanding documents so they (Elite mobile) closed of the deal as they do not work with costumers that Vodacom reqeusts documents for.... HELLO did I not say right from the start that I do not want to apply for anything because I am going to have to take in documents. Vodacom recomends that I go into the store and re apply, but they also say they will not be able to open a new application if Elite mobile does mot close this one off from their side. Elite mobile stop your false advertising, and please tell us where you get all our personal info. Remove me from your database, because I will not take responsibility for what I might say to your next sales person that phones me with a deal. And lets hope the same thing does not happen to me as whith other reviewers were you deduct money from an account without authorisation or without supplying devices!
