Elite Mobile Is An *********** Business

Hi,

You know this company kept on pestering me to take a deal with them, and because it's R125 I agreed because I thought of taking the device for someone else. Now after receiving their email confirming the deal, I saw there was another R189 on top that I didn't consent to. I made an enquiry about that and they kept on sending emails that they'll come back to me and to date they haven't and I still haven't received any device from them.

So Elite Mobile, With your failure to respond to my emails and chats, I hereby, with immediate effect, CANCEL my application or order of the product you made me sign up for. I don't need it anymore, and you may as well save yourself time to respond to this message or call me back. You were quick to keep on calling to make me apply, but you take ages to respond to my query. I don't like to make deals with *********** companies who don't take customer queries seriously. With these reasons, I'm out.
