Elite Mobile is a **** and Vodacom must stop letting them call clients
Biggest ******** in the world. They made an impression I was dealing directly with Vodacom. I spoke to an agent named DEVON and he assured me my contract renewal comes with a phone and bluetooth speaker. They only delivered the phone and promised in December they will collect it and re-deliver with the speaker. I've called 2 more times and still waiting. I requested to rather cancel the contract or speak to this Devon guy and the agent said they cant do that.
