Elite mobile is a **** and *******

I was contacted by elite mobile offering me a laptop and data package and I was told it’s a paperless transaction. A few days later instead of getting my parcel I got an sms to say they’ve put it on halt pending receipt of my documents though it’s suppose to be a paperless transaction so I just ignored them but to my surprised come month end they had the audacity to deduct my account though they didn’t deliver the package. I reversed my money and so had been the game for months to date. The call center number provided doesn’t work as they are still on lockdown. All I want is for them to stop deducting my account. Why are they expecting payment when they haven’t delivered?
