Elite Mobile is a bunch of ****mers

I was contacted by Elite Mobile in August, explaining that they will be changing the price plan on my existing contract, and I will pay less per month. When I got my invoice for the new month, it was R400 more! I called Vodacom to request a cancellation, but it is still not resolved. Elite Mobile called me today, again offering to save me money on the same contract they offered me a cheaper price, and now the price has gone up by more than R100 on the previous "saving". I asked the lady where do they get their information from, and when there is an issue, they just say, Sorry, sort it out with Vodacom. They are a bunch of ****mers appointed by Vodacom! Block them or answer the call and give them hell!
