Elite Mobile ********** Upgrade
<p>I was surprised to find that without any notice whatsoever that my contracted was 'upgraded' by Elite Mobile. I never received a call from them, I never personally agreed to anything and I never even received an sms stating an upgrade has taken place. No documents were signed either. I storm into Vodacom looking for answers and they simply tell that Elite Mobile did an upgrade OVER THE PHONE. It was a no-phone upgrade and moved from a smart s to smart s+ they tell me Now apparently I need to go to the police to declare an ******* upgrade?</p>
