Old Contract R228. 01 and New Contract R250. 00 AIRTIME only. 28-5-2021 I paid VODACOM R1. 121.84 02-6-2021 I Rose Mosoetsa received VODACOM sms informing me that my outstanding balance is R1 119.87 and it will be deducted on 2021-7-01 I phoned VODACOM Customer Care Quiry Department, Disputing the billing. I knew very well that l am supposed to pay R250 monthly for the AIRTIME ONLY. Attended by MULALO LUKWARENI who explained that this money R1 119.87 is the charge for the services : Data plus Minutes issued by VODACOM on the renewal of the Contract. I NEVER REQUESTED The DATA and MINUTES. I Always monitor my AIRTIME. MERELYNE NAICKER Can you see that, CARMEN, has introduced me into Challenges, Financial Problems of Vodacom by Requesting Data and Minutes Services WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST? Presently CARMEN is comfortable with the commission she received after introducing me, A PENSIONER, into financial problems of Vodacom. I am STRUGGLING alone solving her mischief , A PENSIONER. * I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES I DID NOT REQUEST AND USED. * CARMEN MUST BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HER ACTIONS, CHEATING PENSIONER. CONCLUSION: * I Usually buy TELKOM Data for my 3rd Cellphone. * I Am Not Interested in VODACOM Data and Minutes. * I AM STILL REQUESTING THE VOICE RECORD, TELEPHONIC CONSERVATION For the Renewal of the AIRTIME CONTRACT. This is the third time I am requesting the VOICE RECORD. THIS IS MY RIGHT. I am not Happy. I am very DEPRESSED and DISAPPOINTED.
