Elite Mobile for Vodacom upgrade

Received a call from Bonisiwe at Elite Mobile to upgrade my 2 contracts with Vodacom. I did the upgrades with her, then she proceeds to tell me that there is a R159 once off admin fee per contract and that she can have it deducted over 2 months. I asked her twice if it was only a once off thing and she confirmed. When I received the email confirming my upgrade details, I saw a R159 subscription for Showmax & Rescuebox, and on enquiring with Elite Mobile, I was told it was not a once off fee but a monthly subscription. People like Bonisiwe do not deserve a job. I now cancelled the entire upgrade and hoping Vodacom knows they have just lost out on 2 upgrades because they use *********** people to do their work.
