ELITE MOBILE!!! Do not trust their lies.

This company works on behalf of Vodacom and sells lies to increase monthly premiums under the disguise of rewarding loyal customers. They have access to Vodacom invoices and issues it on behalf of Vodacom. I received a call from Charlene on 23 July 2024 and she promised that the migration (because I am a loyal vodacom customer blah-blah-blah) I said I cannot afford and do not want a higher monthly cost. She promised me nunerous times it will decrease my installment. Now after receiving my new invoice my installment increased by nearly 20%. This should be illiegal that agents can lie to the public and have no consequences just to up their commission. This company should be ashamed to lie to and cheat customers in this way!!!!
