Elite mobile dishonest misleading *********** pathetic service 😑

I am appalled by the pathetic service I have constantly been receiving from Elite mobile. Not only are the staff unprofessional, the management are *********** and dishonest. In February 2024 I was offered an uncapped data line for the cell number ***, but only received a capped data line of 200Gig. The data ran out on the 21st of March 2024. An upgrade reversal was requested and since then I was doubled billed on my full account I***-1 for the amount of R1133.35 instead of receiving a credit for the number *** for the amount of 299.01. I have always paid my account on time, now I am being threatened that my line will be cut if I do not pay for a bill that I am being over charged for.
