Elite Mobile deducting money without rendering any service.

Good day, I am writing this bad review on behalf of my wife Michelle Dolph cell number ***). A few months ago Vodacom phoned her to take out a cell phoned contracted, she didn't qualify for the contract, but Elite deducted R160 every month. She is not making use of any products, and she cant revers the money back. I made contact with them and they told me that they are not dealing with third parties. I then ask them to make contacted with my wife, still from today they didn't make contacted with her.
