Elite Mobile

My wife was contacted by Elite mobile and they claimed they are from Vodacom, she was informed that they are able to upgrade her lines and there would be a cost saving of R200 on her account, nevertheless she received her billing and R1000 extras have been added to her account, on querying about this they gave her the runaround telling her that she failed to query this within 7 days. I need a manager from Elite to make contact with me ASAP as I will not take this lying down.
