Zero rating.Elite mobile company is run by ********** people who are happy to ***** customers activation money non stop. You pay R150 for activation which is supposed to be once off but with them it is infinite. They have done this to me twice. If you want to upgrade go straight to a Vodacom shop than to use these people with no business morals.
