Elite Mobile - ******, selling faulty phones

Bunch of ******, that is Elite Mobile.

They sold me a faulty phone that heats up with a single phone call. I reported the phone a day after delivery and the promised to fetch it since November 2018. Every time I call them, they promise to fetch it.

They always plead that I must reverse the payment and promise to fetch the phone. It is not the first time they have done this, in 2015, they sold me a Samsung tablet that has a cracked screen, they promised to fetch it and they never did until I finished paying for the tab.

There are so many complaints about their business.
