Elite Mobile Contract that was 200 and became 438.00 without my knowledge

Have taken a contract with Elite Mobile during May 2021 it was just before month end I got to be called by one of the sales lady or a Consultant form elite mobile to say that they were on specials for phones, And qualify for that particular special , I then over the phone agree to have a contactract with them for Huawei y7 , of which the agreement of the contract amount led to 200 as confirmed .So my agreement with Elite mobile is 200 monthly .

But that whole agreement has been turned to a very serious nightmare ashave discovered that , they have opened another contract on the the same sim card with vodacom under my name that led the contract to be 438.00 which i really do not understand my involvement with vodacom , as the contract its only made with Elite mobile. Now the issue is i now get calls from vodacom to say that i owe them 1500 since the beginning of my contract with Elite mobile as i have requested to have their services based on Data . Really did make any contact with Vodacom , have one sim card with Elite Mobile , so now my not known account with vodacom its in arrears for 1500 as have mentioned , i do not have anything to do with vodacom data , as my phone does not recieve any data for that matter.

Please assist me am very frustrated , very angry as have made few calls and i then get be told by vodacom that i really need to speak to Elite mobile for further assistance ,as the opened that vodacom account for me without my knowledge ,which simply means was ******. Called vodacom on the 7th of September as have received an email saying i need to pay the amount of 1500 within 7 days , And the advice i got is that this whole matter will be investigated ,and escalated to what could have led this confusion , and the fone will be cancelled from elite mobile , so that vodacom can also remove my details from their system , Non of that is happening , i get to be put from pillar to post, when you call vodacom to explain the issue the consultant hang up on you.Am really depressed , sad , unhappy , angry , i need the phone to be taken back as promised .
