Elite Mobile consultant's honesty & integrity questionable

I'm livid! I took a call on Friday 24/11/2023 as I trusted it was Vodacom Upgrades (truecaller ID). A "quick" call ended up being 10 min where I was offered more data for the same cost per month, no change to my current contract, the term remained the same... I'm just getting more data (from 10GB to 150GB). "What's the catch?" I ask. No catch... just Vodacom is giving me more data for what I'm currently paying. Only to phone Vodacom myself today (28/11/2023) to discover this consultant **** to me! She did an early upgrade (was only due to expire in 2025!) AND I'm paying R40 more per month! Username Bulod001 is a **** and *****ster, tarnishing the name of Vodacom. Luckily I checked with Vodacom directly and they have cancelled the "unrequested upgrade"
