Elite Mobile Consultant breaks the law (POPI Act)

An Agent by the name of ‘Theo’ called me and wanted to sell me something. When I protested and asked that they remove me from their call list he got cheecky with me. When I asked if he knew what the POPI act was he said he did not. When I told him that they are not allowed to have my number he argued that they are allowed since they are the biggest reseller for Vodacom. But the number they called me on is actually a contract phone for my wife. This is preposterous and against the POPI act. I want someone from Elite Mobile to fix this and take my number of their list!
