elite mobile confirmation of an order i know nothing about

today I received a confirmation that I made an order with elite mobile which I did not, I don't even know the company, I called and spoke to Mandla which he said Nkanyiso Dlamini spoke to me around 9 in the morning which is a lie I was at work. so according to Mandla Nkanyiso spoke to me in the morning and I made that order, I told Mandla to cancel that order because I did not speak to anyone and he said he will and ill get an email confirming the cancelation. After 40 minutes I called and spoke to a lady telling me a different story that I cant get an email confirming that I cancel. This is a crime to make an order that the client knows nothing about and those involved should face the music, we need customers but don't be this desperate. Hellopeter please help me get my confirmation that the order eliet mobile did on my behalf is cancelled and they should never use my details again. order ref: EM-***2-1
