Elite Mobile call centre does ******* upgrades!!!!!

These people at the elite mobile call centre are untrust worthy. The did an ******* upgrade on my deceased husbands name without any death certificate what so ever and now that I need it to be taken off to put the contract on my name now the ask for everything and even then its still sitting on his name and now I cant put the contract on my name! You people are using people like dolls. Veronica the team leader told me it will be taken of but still nothing! How can they even do upgrades for Vodacom working like this!
