Elite Mobile -BEWARE : Vodacom upgrades without authorisation

Elite Mobile called me then upgraded 4 of my vodacom accounts without authority. When I reported this , they backed out 3 of the upgrades. However they had changed one of my lines to a data account , shipped a modem. Even after the courier company collected the modem from my home and Elite Mobile confirming that the modem was received, they have failed to restore the account to a line that can make telephone calls. Escalations to Elite mobile result in no action - their management is non-competent at dealing with escalations.
