Elite Mobile be careful

Elite Mobile phoned me a couple of months ago, offered me package for two laptops. I thought well could be nice for my kids, they told me I am pre-approved for the package. Then I had to speak to another guy working there about extra packages that I can cancel once I received the package. I did tell them that I only want the laptops in which they kept pushing that I can cancel these extras. In short I said ok as they wouldn't put the phone down unless you give a clear yes to them over the phone, I received a sms about my package delivery confirmation. From there I heard nothing, I phoned them only to tell me that I don't qualify for the special of two laptops anymore they can offer me a tablet after I promised my kids laptops already. I had to buy them laptops cash, I told them no thanks and where to get off only for them to debit my account with a whole lot of extras packages they added, SAFE BASE....and a couple other things that I don't know why anyone would need it. I phoned them to cancel these things as I never went for the package. They confirmed it has been cancelled. The debit is still going off my account after numerous phone calls to cancel. I have even gone as far as to send the debit back from my side which costs me money. Phoned and phoned and every time they tell me its cancelled now just to find the debit going off again. They phoned me again to offer me laptops!!!!! Be careful what you say yes for. They take a whole lot of small debits off your account and to cancel it is a nightmare, they never call back.
